I have been a customer at Cliff's Cycle Center for 12 years. I've bought two motorcycles from them and I've had all service done by them. Cliff's Cycle Center has been outstanding in every way. I ride an average of 16,000 miles per year in all weather, except snow, commuting 100 miles per day. Their Service department is fantastic. They not only keep my two motorcycles running beautifully, they've found potential problem areas before they went wrong several times. I trust all the mechanics completely-Dave, Brian, Tyler and Darrell (now retired.). They are totally committed to their craft. Parts department Ernie and Bob always search out the best, not most expensive, parts. Kelly in Accessories is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and is always researching her vendors' products. She went to bat for me with a vendor and got me a new pair of $350 boots when I had problems with a boot purchase. That's why I won't buy online even if cheaper. The owner, Brian, always has time for me and has an encyclopedic knowledge of the entire industry. He knows motorcycles as a rider, too. Recently Dave in Service got a manufacturer to "goodwill" me (that's free) a new radiator and fan ($1300 worth) due to our relationship. That blew my mind. I am totally loyal to Cliff's Cycle Center. No, I'm not family or personal friends. I simply regard and honor the best. They are the best. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

You guys are great! I was riding my BMW R1200R from Portland to Port Townsend and got a flat tire on the rear wheel. In spite of being very busy you were able to squeeze me in and replace the punctured tube in less than 30 minutes for a low reasonable cost. Steve in the service department was great. Thank-you for getting me on the road again so quickly. You saved my bacon.

I found the bike I wanted online (Cascade blue 2014 Ninja 1000ABS). Only problem was I live in Everett and it was in Bremerton. So I was willing to settle for a different color closer to home. Quickly found out that CCC had the best price for the bike by far and the price INCLUDED THE HARD CASE SADDLBAGS!!! No one else were willing to touch that price. Plus CCC did not gouge me with a bunch of other fees or higher interest rates on financing. Greta deal. So I hopped on the ferry and they even sent Jennifer to pick me up at the terminal in Bremerton to drive me to the shop. Great price and service. If you live on the east side of the sound don't forget about this shop on the other side. You wont be disappointed! Very satisfied!

Every experience I've had with this dealership has been positive. All employees go out of their way to help and are respectful. Sales is not high pressure. Service is very knowledgeable, professional, and timely. The apparel/parts counters have helped me avoid the wrong gear/part for my needs on multiple occasions, while providing better options. I have bought two bikes here in the last year. Jim is one of the nicest to deal with salespeople I've ever come across. The service manager is one of the most thorough and professional I've ever seen. For me, the "attitude" of a dealership is what keeps me coming back; I have completely stopped going to brothers.

Although I did not buy my 2012 Victory Vegas 8-ball from Cliffs (which now I feel as if I should had). I take my bike in for all types of services and adjustments. Jason the service foreman makes it happen. They are always able to fit me in their schedule. The biggest surprise was when they stated they could fabricate an exhaust for my Victory. These guys now their stuff and I always go to them.

I purchased a Suzuki m50 yesterday, my first bike in years, and the whole experience at Cliffs was excellent. I've had horrible luck with salesmen/women over the years in Washington, but Rick at Cliffs was superb, even considering the bike I bought he wanted for himself :) The whole experience couldnt have been better for me. Everyone was super friendly and answered all my silly and/or stupid questions. From the boss, to the sales guys, the girl who took my money, to the shop guys before I rode off on the new bike, everyone was really cool. They even reattached the bags I had previously asked them to take off, and did a double check of the bike and filled the gas tank before I rode out. With service like that, I will be going back for my wifes bike when she decides its time to buy.

I have been a loyal customer for over 10 yrs since I bought my first Suzuki. I still have the same bike with 120,000 miles. I have never had a problem with anyone in the store. The personnel are always helpful with a smile on their faces. The Service Department has never done me wrong and very helpful in keeping my bike in running condition. If they have to keep the bike, I am kept up to date with parts on back order. Parts Department, again, always helpful and make sure I have options on what to buy. Seems like everyone knows me when I come in and always greeted like a returning family member. Always smiles, laughs and asking how the family is doing. I recommend Cliff's to all my friends who own Suzuki.

I ride a nearly 30 year old Kawasaki motorcycle/fossil, and have ALWAYS been able to get parts and friendly advice from this dealership. NOT ONCE have I been told I need to get rid of the old bike, and buy a new one. When it comes time to buy a new bike (or a certain W-650), you guys are at the top of the list! :-)
